Once again, I decided to endeavor into reading multiple books at once. I still haven't finished my Ronald Reagan book, but that one's going to take some serious time… It's so long.
But right now I'm reading a Christmas book, a little behind, I know. But it's Mary Kay Andrews, so it's quite alright. I'm reading Blue Christmas, which is her old Christmas book from 2006 (she released a new one this past October, on my list for next year) and so far I'm totally digging it.
If you've read any Mary Kay Andrews books before, you may be familiar with Weezie and BeBe, and that's who this book is about. Of all the books I've read by her, these characters are my favorite.
I wish I had started reading this one before Christmas though, because now I'm over the Christmas spirit. But I just love MKA, so I'm enjoying it still. If you haven't read any of her books before, you need to pick one up ASAP.
And for my sports lovers, I'm currently reading The Big Miss, a book written by Tiger Wood's old coach about his time coaching him. And this is a seriously interesting read so far.
If you love sports, or golf, or just enjoy a good autobiography-type book. This one is good. Tiger Woods is one of the most interesting people in all of sports, and being able to get in his head from the mind of his coach is a very interesting angle.
I personally love Tiger, despite his issues off the course, so I'm particularly interested in this one. I haven't gotten too far into this one yet, but I'd definitely suggest this book to any sports fan out there.
What are you reading right now?
