I don't know about y'all, but I find that I get sick of my workout playlists so quickly. So each month, I try to go back through my playlist and change it up so I don't get on the Stairmaster and want to bang my head against the wall.
I found the best of this month's upbeat music and created the perfect 45-minute workout playlist.
Say what you want about my musical choices, but these songs will get you moving during your workout.
These past few weeks, a lot of really good CDs have come out too-- so I'll probably have more playlists in the future. Expect lots of country when I head to Nashville in T-minus 10 days. I'm not counting or anything.
