Monday Munchies: Snap Pea Snack Time

One of the hardest things for me is finding semi-healthy things to eat for snacks. My natural tendency isn't to grab a piece of fruit... I tend to run to the pantry and grab a bag of chips and eat lots and lots of them. 

One healthy thing I do love is hummus though, especially jalapeño hummus. But I typically grab some pita chips to eat it with. Not so great- considering that carbs are my biggest weakness (and chocolate of course.)

I've found the solution: Sugar Snap Peas!

I'm not a huge veggie lover, but I do love these! They have a bit of a sweet hint to them, so with the jalapeño hummus, it's a good balance. 

It's the perfect snack for when I'm out all day long because I can grab the little handy bag that Publix puts them in and take a baby hummus (Spongbob anyone?) and have a healthy and filling snack on the go!



This has become my go-to snack lately and I love that it's guilt-free!
