Monday Munchies: Post-Workout Protein Shake

I used to make protein shakes all the time. I stopped for a while, but after today's killer workout (blog coming about that tomorrow), I felt it was necessary. So I whipped up a post-workout shake and thought it was the perfect Monday Munchie. 

I don't really measure things out, I just kinda go for it. So sorry about that.

I always start with my basics:
Milk
Yogurt
Protein Powder

I've used almond milk, regular milk, coconut milk (or water). So really, anything works.
I used to just use plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt, but I've been working on using more Greek yogurt. So I chose that this time.
I just use Pure Protein because it's readily available to me at Publix. You can use anything really. This is whey.


I went with a berry shake this time. So I've got strawberries, blackberries and blueberries... Which I do often. I also decided to throw some spinach in there because I needed some veggies.


Toss 'em all in. Blend 'em all up.

I put too much ice in this one. But, ya know, it happens.
